Fits your existing system.
Connects to almost any business phone system — 3CX, FreePBX, Asterisk, Avaya, Mitel, Cisco, Genesys, or whatever your business already runs. If it’s a phone system sold this century, it works.
SIP trunks are the phone lines that connect your existing office phone system to the outside world. Keep the phones and system you already have — we provide the calling behind them, with unlimited calls, local hosting, and one bill alongside the rest of your NURV services. Cheaper and far more flexible than the old copper phone lines.
If you already have an office phone system you like, you don’t need to replace it — you just need better, cheaper calling behind it. That’s what this is.
Connects to almost any business phone system — 3CX, FreePBX, Asterisk, Avaya, Mitel, Cisco, Genesys, or whatever your business already runs. If it’s a phone system sold this century, it works.
Unlimited calls to local, national and mobile numbers, on a fair-use policy. Premium, international and 13/1300/1800 outbound calls are billed by the second at the same rates as our other phone services.
We run your calling from two Perth data centres — NEXTDC P1 (Malaga) and P2 (Perth CBD) — at the same time. Your calls stay on Australian routes, and if one site has a fault the other keeps your calls running.
No setup fee. We bring your existing numbers across, connect the calling to your phone system, run test calls, and schedule the switch-over around your business hours — so nothing drops in the middle of your day.
Local landline (02/03/07/08), mobile, 1300, 1800 and 13 numbers all work on the same service. Move a number between phones or teams whenever you like — no re-porting, no waiting on the carrier.
One bill for calling, numbers, internet, mobile and analytics — itemised, not lumped together. One contact for billing, one engineer for support.
A SIP trunk is simply the phone lines that let your office phone system make and receive calls on the public phone network — delivered over your internet connection instead of old copper wires. Your phone system connects to us, and we connect it to the outside world. No special equipment, no locked-in vendor, no closed portal.
Almost every business phone system can use SIP trunks. We send you the login details, you enter them into your phone system, and calls start flowing.
Most businesses on old phone lines pay for each line whether it’s busy or not, plus per-minute call charges, plus a margin to whoever resells it to them. We charge a flat monthly price for the number of calls you can run at once — with unlimited calls included, fair-use only. A 30-person team that only makes a handful of calls at the same time pays for that handful, not 30 lines.
The other reason is support. When a call doesn’t connect, a senior Perth engineer picks up — not a call queue — and we’ll happily jump on a Zoom to sort it out with your phone-system provider.
A business phone system (anything sold this century works) and a reliable internet connection. We’ll help you work out how many calls you need to run at once, send you the login details, and run test calls in both directions before we switch anything over.
Almost any business phone system. In practice we’ve carried calls for 3CX, FreePBX, Asterisk, Avaya IP Office, Mitel MiVoice, Cisco, Genesys Cloud and a long list of older systems. If your phone system supports SIP trunks (nearly all do), we can provide them.
Yes — landline, mobile, 13/1300/1800. We handle the transfer and connect them to your phone system. Typical timeline is two to three weeks from signed authority to switch-over.
Teams Calling is the same kind of calling, set up specifically for Microsoft Teams and linked to your Microsoft 365 account — so your team makes and takes calls right inside Teams. Plain SIP trunks are for a separate office phone system instead. If you already live in Teams, choose Teams Calling; if you have your own phone system you want to keep, choose this.
A good rule of thumb is one line for every five staff in a typical office. Sales teams and contact centres are busier (closer to one per two or three). We’ll look at your existing call records (or run a sample for a week) and get the number right before we quote.
Recording usually happens on your own phone system, and if it does, nothing changes — we just carry the calls. If you’d like recording on our side as well (for compliance, or to feed Cooey Analytics), we can set that up too.
Yes. If your phone system can share its call records and recordings (most can), Cooey Analytics can run the same transcription, scoring and coaching you’d get on Connect MAX. It’s included with our Connect Pro and MAX phone plans; for your own system we set it up as an add-on.
Incoming calls automatically divert to a backup you choose — voicemail, a mobile, an after-hours team, or another number — within a few seconds. Outgoing calls from your handsets resume the moment the connection is back. We can also add a 5G backup SIM as part of the internet service.
Month-to-month, no exit fees. If you ever want to leave, we move your numbers out the same way we moved them in — without theatrics, without out-clauses, without a 30-day game.
Tell us what you’re running — we’ll put together a plan that works with it the same business day.
Already living in Teams? Make and take calls right inside Teams — same calling, set up for Microsoft.
Don’t want to keep your own system? Our hosted phone system is the whole thing done for you, billed per user.
Add Australian numbers to your service — we set them up, move them across, and route them.
